Take

Ingredients (for six persons)

1 kg of boiled potatoes

1 tea spoon of salt

flour

Filling

plum jam / grinded nuts / poppy seed bread crumbs

oil

Preparation

1. make potatoe mash

2. mix all ingredients, adding flour gently until fully incorporatedd, make non- sticky, medium meek dough

3. roll out the dough to 0.5cm and cut into little squares

4. put jam (other filling) onto the squares

5. fold the squares and press the egdes to prevent jam from leaking

6. cook them in salty, boiling water until they start to float

7. when cooked, place them into strainer and pour with cold water, let them dry

8. in meanwhile fry bread crumbs in oil

9. roll take in fried crumbs and serve them warm
